Default Pulley OD for starter/gen RPM

Hello all,

If I wanted to use a stock starter/generator on an electric to gas conversion then I am going to need to figure out what rpm the starter/generator likes.

Can anybody tell me what the outside diameter is on the engine pulley for the starter generator? I don't have a pulley and these pulleys look pretty large compared to the starter/generator pulley.

Thanks,
Bronsonj

The clutch is around 7" iirc, but the pulley is actually below that slightly. I plan to go a little smaller long as it has enough power yet. I cut my head and it acts funny when hot. Going to try a thicker head gasket. Starts fine anytime after it sits for a couple minutes. Could also be my timing advance key.

Actually I recall talking to possibly Tom at CPP about it. I might have an email but not about size. I can measure the stock one when I get out to the garage this weekend. Plan to get a new clutch with no pulley, then mount one behind it and he said some people had successfully done that....kept the gen start.
