Default G29 Motor Brushes

All having some issues with my cart and i was wondering if anyone had simple instructions for checking the brushes in the motor. Searched and didn't find anything, everyone said it was pretty simple but wanted to verify before screwing something up.

Also does anyone have a link to replacements if needed.

Just adding this for advice to others (I think you found your answer). When the stock Hitachi G29 motor needs brushes, it is actually telling you "kill me now". Don't waste money on it get a different motor.

Ive got a G29 in right now needing brushes. Why do you suggest replacing it all together? Ive replaced a few sets of brushes and the motors are still doing good.

Those motors aren't too great with any upgrades, and any use heavier than golf. Not too awesome a motor.

Had the brushes replaced in my Hitachi and a year later they started dragging again. Read enough comments stating Hitachi motors are basically crap and replaced with D&D motor. No problems now.
