I get 3 green with a brief pause, then I get 2 green with 5 red

Look in your manual. 3 green is 0-5v. You will need 0-1k. The program software is a free download from Alltraxinc.com along with a manual on how to use it.

All is well! Got it running on the old motor. Only runs about 11 on the old Yamaha motor. What can I expect speed with the admiral A1 on 36v with stock tires? Is the alltrax set to the max speed for the 36v automatically? Thanks for all the help Scotty!

Anyone ever had the admiral motor make a clicking/grinding noise the increases with speed? Sounds awful.
