Protection Diode after catastrophic fuse, how/where to attach to?
What's the best way to wire in this diode, as in to what do I connect each end to? Or can the diode be connected to each side of the fuse holder?

Are you asking about the Alltrax Regen diode?

I think I am referring to the Polarity protection diode. I have a series cart... where does this diode get placed? I think it's the one called a 6a mr752 reverse protection. I'm using an Alltrax SPM72500 and it is shown on their wiring diagram. Just not sure how it is wired.

Re: Protection Diode after catastrophic fuse, how/where to attach to?
There are no "polarity protection diodes" used on golf carts as far as I know. Modern Alltrax controllers are reverse polarity protected internally. The diodes used on golf cart wiring are used to suppress voltage spikes. One on the solenoid small terminals, with the silver band pointing towards the positive lead. And one on the solenoid large terminals (for some XCT models), with the silver band on the side going towards the battery pack.

Please review the schematic here for reference to what I am referring to. It's the line connected to KSI stating Mr752 diode.

Does the appropriate diagram for your type of cart include this diode? You do not have a permanent magnet motor. Also, you have a SPM controller? Haven't those been out of production for quite a while?
