top speed !!!
i giust got a 96 g-16 gas cart and was wanting to know about what kind of speed should i expect ....it fills like its hauling the mail but i would like to get the max out of it...thanks

I checked my G-9 out yesterday with my GPS - 26.1 mph on the flat after warm up. As far as I can tell the only mod is the governor is disconnected. Stock 19x8.50x8 tires.

dang...thats gitting with it...just checked mine 22.4 was max...and 21 all day long...can u tell me where to look for the gov. mine is G-16....

it is on the Yamaha Gas section of this site. Site says it is the same with G16 except for the carb --- which doesn't figure into this mod. |
