Default Yamaha Gas G2

Aloha

I Just Got A Yamaha Gas G2, And I Was Looking On Here If Anyone Has Made A Homemade Lift For A G2 But I Didnt Find Any. So I Was Wondering If Any Body Knows How To Do It, I Was Looking And My G2 And I Think I Have An Idea On Making If Front Lift, But I Really Dont Know How To Make The Back Lift, If Someone Could Help That Would Be Really Cool

WHOOPS! Not MY project - I just sent the link. I believe that is the work of todd108s . He deverves the credit for his work.
I've been thinking of something similar and it is a good illustration of what can be done. Love to see pics of your project as it goes and the results as well. If you would send me the measurements/details I would appreciate it. Are you going to try to add to the treadwidth? Wheelbase? I don't have a shop yet so I'll either have to borrow my brother-in-laws or work outside - either way I won't have much time to "experiment" so would like to just get in-and-out in an afternoon.

This is what I did on my wifes G2. It's not to scale and the rear mount should actually be on the back frame mount but you get the Idea. It is about 4 1/4 inches but you can add your own numbers. Plenty of room for 22's



I have also built these for people who wanted a hitch on the front.

Thanks! Exactly what I was hoping for. Now I can just make some "adjustments" to fit my needs rather than start from scratch.
