yahama G9 gas, no spark
I had spark for a minute, then nothing...checked all grounds and continuity in plugs, had new coil last year. Does the ignitor (cd ignition module) ever go bad and give interminent spark. I hate to spend $150 for the module to find out it is not bad. Any suggestions are very appreciated.

found out by replacing cd ignitor that they do go bad and give hard starting and symthoms like needing choke after warm up...been bad two years and finally quit running all together. Replaced and runs good , no choke needed.
