Talking G1 Body work.....

Ok, so I am starting the body work on my G1. Lucky for me only a couple of cracks and a few extra holes since the previous owners obviously few wood screw held the seats on better than the bolts. Oh, and that a riveted piece of plexiglass (over the cup holder and dash storage areas) could substitute for a glove compartment.
When I am ready to paint has anyone had problems with the body flexing enough to crack the paint? Should I use a plastic coat like Bulldog to be safe?

Thank guys.

Default Re: G1 Body work.....

I didn't have any problems with cracking on my G1 but I had to use an adhesion promoter because the sealer wouldn't stick to the plastic.
