Default Brake adjustment, Turf II

Hey y'all,

Just picked up a 2000 Turf II Club Car this last week. Seems to run fine but it's a bit slow, maybe after I get the beverage sales unit off the back it'll be a little quicker, that things got to be heavy. The brake pedal feels a little low, can I adjust them like regular brakes? (all four wheels) I downloaded the owners manual from the CC website but it tells me nothing. Is there a free tech manual available? There's a nice flatbed under the beer unit, I make make it a woody.
