Does the oil smell like it has gas in it? Or did it when it was blowing into the air box.

do you guys think it could be the diafram or whatever is suppling air to the fuel pump, cuz my pump and fuel filter are brand new so it can't be that...

I really think the problem your having is going to end up being something simple like:

air leak: air box not sealed completely, cracked plastic spacer between carb. and intake, fuel problem: fuel filter (located in the bottom of the tank on these models) if you have an in line filter on one of the fuel lines you'll have another one on the bottom of the fuel tank
fuel pump: clogged or full of grim
float on carb.: trash causing too much fuel to flow into carb.

Get us a pic of your carb. and air box if you can. Maybe another one of your fuel pump and lines.

Make sure, only 1 quart of oil in the engine. Some of the dipsticks were mis-marked. When it dies pull the fuel line off at the carb, crank it over and see if it's pumping gas.
