Default Anyone running gauges?

My friends 1997 C.C. has a C.C. branded gas gauge in the dash. I haven't seen one available to buy but got thinking what about an oil pressure gauge, and maybe a oil temp gauge too.

Has anyone done this? If so what pressure or temp does or should the oil run?

Pics would be cool too

These are Sunpro gauges from Advance Auto. Volts, electrical oil pressure, and cylinder head temp. The BB has an oil cooler--I figured head temp might be useful on an air cooled engine.

Do you have the thermo coupler in the head some how or is it wedged between the fins??

I put a Napa universal fuel gauge on my G2, I got tired of running out of gas. I would like to add a volt meter and tachometer in the future.

It's wedged between the fins and the shroud on the head.

Here is a pic of my set-up. I'm running a Glowshift tach and Sunpro fuel, head temp, volts, and oil pressure gauges.

Here is a link to thread where I discussed the installation of these gauges.
