ezgo txt pds not going forward or turning off

I have an ezgo pds with a new alltrax dcx500 and D&D motor, the key switch will not turn off the controller and it goes in reverse on both positions. I replaced the key switch, f/r switch, solenoid, diode and resistor, it still does the same. What else could it be?

To power up, the Run/Tow switch has the be in Run, the keyswitch has to be ON and the F/R switch in either F or R. If one or more of those three conditions is false, the DCX controller should not be powered up.

The DCX controller defaults to Forward. To go into Reverse, B+ has to be applied to Pin-4 on top of controller.

Sounds like it might be a bad PDS to DCX adapter.

That was it, I replaced the harness and everything works correctly. Thanks for the help.
