Default 02 Club Car DS 48v without tow/run switch

I put new batteries in the cart, marked wires, double checked everything. Cart was running fine when the dash light came on and the cart lost power! After that plugged charger in and itkicked off not long after. I then for the hell of it checked the battery voltage individually and found one battery went bad. Took it back to where I got it (under warranty). Put new one in and sure enough it happened again! Any ideas on what could be going on? Any help greatly appreciated!

Are all your batteries being charged. Make sure red wire from charge port is hooked to #1 battery pos.

Well just a though, could one be in backward, or in paralel with another one. I'm just guessing here trying to give you some ideals to check.

What do You mean exactly by "battery went bad"?

If a single cell is dying, most likely is a bad batch of batteries.

If a post is Melting, most likely a corroded cable.

If the voltage is reversing, most likely wired backwards.
