If the signal checks out remove the resistor from the solenoid and retest if in fact 36v is making it across to the controller side post when it clicks.

I gotta feed horses and dogs - back later.

Measuring voltage from the white wire in the ITS to Battery(-):
-with key on and in Fwd=14.8V
-with key on and in Fwd and depress pedal enough to click solenoid=14.66V
-with key on and in Fwd and pedal to floor=14.16V

If no signal check the 4 pin connector between the pedal box and the solenoid.
If wonky signal open the pedal box and check for cracked induction tube or water.
Voltage at pin 4 at connector on controller side:
-key on in Fwd=14.82v
-key on in Fwd pedal depressed to click=14.71V
-key on in Fwd pedal to floor=14.12V. Spun for a few seconds then stop and beeped twice

BTW, clean and dry in pedal box

Sorry for being out of order, you made several posts while I was at dinner. Controller side post voltage when it clicks is 36.1V just after it clicks which is less than pack voltage and voltage on battery side post.

14v indicates a bad ITS wire. What controller did you say we were testing with?

part #73326G07. Cutis 1206 MX 36V 300A controller. I assume that is OEM.

There is a 4 pin plug connector between the ITS and the solenoid.... it's a source of trouble. Check it out. any corrosion? Replace it with 4 but connectors.

The J4 connector and wires going into it are all clean. Connections are free of corrosion. The corresponding RED, BLK, GRN, and WHT wires with spade connectors in the pedal box are secure, clean and free of corrosion.

Is that what you wanted me to check?
