Scotty / Johnnie, in post # 7, can this exact diagram be used on a pds cart with a 1264 sepex controller?

I was trying to follow the diagram you posted here, but the pins are different on m controller, mine has one long slot for the small wires.

How many wires on your main molex connector?

It would be a lot easier to use a schematic for a 48V PDS-II with a 1264 controller.

Awesome, thanks for that drawing. Now with this new drawing you provided, can i use the red troubleshooting "guide" you were using for the other controller here?

Yes, or at least more or less.

Other than the pack voltage being different, both the 1264 and the 1206MX have to have the same inputs to function, just the pin numbers are different.

Sorry boys just getting back to this thing. I have full pack voltage at the fuse. Had the ground for the voltmeter on the wrong battery. What should I have for voltage at the selonoid connections? It is not clicking either.

The solenoid will not click until the controller is powered up and you were missing the voltage on J1 Pin-4, so the controller is not powered up.

Back to square-1, what are the voltage readings on J1 Pins 4&5. (Should be full battery pack voltage)

Good.

With Key = ON, F/R = F and pedal pressed, you should have approximately 40.7V on all the pins with a red highlighted wire attached to them on the attached schematic.
