Default jakes 6" lift trouble aligning front end

good evening, put a 6'inch jakes spindle lift on a G22. cant keep front end aligned and also experiencing a bad camber issue. could tie rod ends be causing the issue. thanks

Camber issue on G22 usually equals bad struts.

thanks CGTech for answering my post, the problem is more the toe in. I put the lift on per the instructions. attempted to align got to 1/8" toe in. drove the cart the alignment went out and the cart was squirrely. attempted to reset alignment and the only time the cart would travel safely was with the cart having toe out. watched a video by jake's and had noticed that I had put the knuckle arms below on the spindle instead of on top. fixed that and it got worse.

Now that everything is correct with the installation, maybe set the toe at 0, and go from there...

thanks Dave have done that also, what's weird is that I get it to 1/8 toe in and as soon as I go to drive it the wheels flare out as if something is loose. used air tools to tighten everything. I would hate to know that I got a bad steering box.

Did you remove and reuse the OEM kingpin bushing? I didn't on my first try...

the new lift came with bushings, could that be the problem using the lift kit bushing over the original

I had slop in the front after first assembly so I took it back apart and compared the 2 different spindles. No bushings in the Jakes spindles. Much better with the bushings installed.

ok here's where I'm at bushings are in the spindles, replaced steering box and tie rod ends did all the measuring. go to drive the cart and the front wheels start crabbing in the front. if I put the cart in reverse the cart runs fine. put it back in forward the front starts crabbing.
