From what I could hear yes. Each one sounded farther away as I pushed the pedal farther. I'll verify and get back with you.

I'm not all that good with those type carts, but if they are all firing like they should, you can make sure none of them have a welded solenoid, which would be stuck closed. Most especially the last one. Should not have continuity between large post with the pedal up. Maybe someone with more knowledge than men will drop by and help you out.
