Good evening. I recently picked up a 2003 Club Car Pathway (NR0399).

Just replaced all batteries and cleaned up a bit.

Noticed the battery meter has been stuck on full scene I've owned the cart. Also only showing one bar (not all 10 like owners manual states it should)

I did pick up a new gauge and charger from a semi local dealer but not OE and wanted to reach out to see if anyone has ran into this before and also before I start cutting my dash to make new gauge fit and running wires, are they any easier ways to install a new gauge. I did get the Madjax gauge for a 48 volt cart.

My other issue is, I'm having a hard time finding wiring schematics for this cart.

Any help/info would be great...

Also, why a new charger?

And, couldn't you just order the replacement gauge and swap them out so you keep your stock appearance and wiring? If not, the wires running to it should avail you the ability to use them on your new one. Most of the carts have the wires behind the dash that can be used or you can do like a lot of us and run it directly to your pack.

Thank you for the link, I'll check it out.
I grabbed the new charger from the dealer when I had my cart out there. The amp gauge on the one I received with the cart wasn't working. I know it was charging (I metered it constantly) but wasn't sure it was 100% and didn't want to take any chances with the new batteries.

To be honest when I picked up the new gauge from the dealer I was *assuming* it was a direct replacement...

the gauge i had was just 1 bar
try resetting it by putting it in tow mode and remove the pack negative for 10 min
replace every thing ... use cart for a few hours and see if bar drops

On a side note, I do have pack voltage at the meter and it is activated by the key switch. So installing a aftermarket gauge should be relatively easy... unless I'm missing something.

Real quick...

Being I only have two wires going to the factory gauge, can I just jump the the + wire to the key on terminal on the aftermarket gauge if I end up going that route?

If you are talking about a battery state of charge gauge, only having one bar. That is the way most of them work. The bar to the right is lit on full charge and as you use the cart the one to the left of it will lite one at a time. You never want to run your batteries down below half of that gauge.

Yes that is the one I'm referring to.
My issue is in the manual it states all bars should be lit when pack is at full charge.
That's why I'm thinking this gauge my be not functional.

I always recharge after every use as to not let batteries get low...
