Just a though,are the solenoids really bad or just not working. Reason I'm saying this it could be that in the process of changing the solenoid you are causing a connection to start working and after a few times using it the connection is lost again.

No they go bad when I changed it I had checked it and it was good and after I put it on as soon as I would push peddle it want do jack and I check it and sure enough it ain't carrying voltage thru it. So I jumped it and it goes. Something is causing it to burn up. The only thing I can think is the motor. How many amps should he pull fulll load?

Hey got question I was check something with the wife helping and when she pushed the pedal the when ohm out the solenoids the 2nd speed one energies first then it the 3rd speed then the full speed and the the main and first speed one. I wired it color for color from wire diagram

colors are mot always correct

The wife and I have decided we gonna bring it to a golf cart shop Monday I've done everything I know of.

Well the colors are correct.
Numbers on wires corresponds with the color and the same way I have it wired

you have it wired wrong

do not follow color wire
just wire it like the diagrams show
