My 36V DS Battery Voltages
Just finished replacing all of the Aluminum rails for the Battery pack.
Installed the Batteries and charged them. Here are the Voltages for each Battery. #1 6.17 #2 6.29 #3 6.43 #4 6.47 #5 6.41 #6 6.57 Looks to me like the #1 and 2 are forcing the charger to overcharge the other 4. Is that correct? |

Are the lights hooked to those two batteries if the cart has lights? If so, those two need equalized, if not, those batteries are on there way out

Try getting out your automotive charger and placing it on 6v and charging those 2 one at a time. Sometimes that will do it.

Or get your automotive 12v charger and charge the pair in series. ((+) terminal on battery #1 and (-) terminal on battery #2 until they are 14.5 v across the 2 of them. (2.42vpc)
