It was the battery. Now I am having an issue with while driving sometimes it cuts out then when I let off the gas and get back it goes. Once tonite I parked it and it was hard to get back going putted a long and cut off several times before going. I wonder if I mounted filter box back to carb corrctly? Should it be tight or a gap? Or maybe it’s something else. It’s almost like losing fuel. Pump is fine but I also had tried a new one as well and does same thing

Does it act almost like it is running out of gas with the sputtering and rough running then all of a sudden get going like it is fine?

Ok I did the HEI Conversion when I have the red/white on W and black on G I have nothing. If i Swap them like it said it fires but is rough sounding and black exhaust

update I think I had some wires wrong.. Now It will try to fire but thats it... Wont start up completely. Spark at plugs. Spits out of carb some

Ok So I replaced the HEI back with a new igniter now no spark at coil? I had spark before.. Ohmed pulsar coil around 20.5-21
