Default ID this boxy enclosed e-z-go gas?

I was out at a dairy farm picking up an unrelated golf LUTV cart and fell in love with this relic. Pushed the start button and it cranked right up and hummed quietly and smoothly. if I had had room on my trailer it would have come home with me. I may go back and grab it.

I have tried very hard to identify what it is and when it was made, and have failed. Can anyone offer information?

That cab is an add on to a regular Marathon.
