Default Clutch making grinding noise

Just picked up a 2006 Gas CC and looks like its fresh off the showroom floor. Noticed a grinding noise when taking off, kind of subtle when the engine is running so ignored it for a few days. Now, with the engine off, if I push the CC when in forward or reverse I hear a metal to metal grind from the clutch. In neutral there's no grinding because the clutch isn't turning. Its the clutch off the transmission, I believe this is the Driven Clutch. When I turn the clutch by hand you can hear it grind, more like aluminum to aluminum. Before I tear into this (only had it for a week now), is there anything in particular I should be looking for? Any ideas?

Anyone have a picture of the parts for the clutch from the manual to make sure a spacer, washer, shim or something isn't missing.

Taking the clutch off, is it Left-Handed thread???

Thanks in advance.

Sounds to me like the rear-end is out of lube. Bearings are most likely dry. I'd check the levels.

Fluid levels are fine. The sound is more like the side of the clutch rubbing on the side of the case, aluminum to aluminum. Noticed that it only does it if I push the cart when in forward or reverse or simply turn the clutch by hand. If I'm driving it, the sound is only there when the cart initially moves, then goes away. I just really need to pull the clutch off to see whats going on. Would be nice to have a parts diagram to make sure everything is there.
