power drive belt for 86 gas ezgo
Can you subjest a part no. to replace the stock belt, to get back the hill climing after adding 23" tires.

hey bouy,
 there is a sticky link at the top of the gas ezgo thread about 28-degree driven and shorter belts, and you should find what you need there. if not, jon (Ruredy) can hook you up with the info  |

You'll need to find the same type belt that is about 1 inch shorter. your belt is listed as being 1 3/16" wide by 45"od so you need to find one 44"od. I'm sure gates makes one, but I don't know anyone that has done this on a cart that old so it's going to be up to you to find it. If you live up north try a sled shop.

Thanks for the information, as a new comer to this site, I have already learned a bunch.
I am working on my fourth cart now, How do you guys go from -not wild -to wild, born wild-,etc? I 'll figure out how to add pictures soon I hope. |
