Yamahauler Rear End Question
How do you change the gear oil in the Dana Spicer rear end of my Yamaha G21A? Or is it permanently sealed? I don't see what I would consider check bolts or fill bolts.
Thanks. |

Re: Yamahauler Rear End Question
You'll need to take the bolts and cover off (the cover is RTV'd on so use a putty knife carefully), the oil will drain out, clean and dry surfaces, re RTV, dont overtighten bolts and fill with 90 weight (or 85/90) through the rubber plug hole. Car should be level and when the lube starts comeing out the hole...your full.
