Default Workhorse

I Have A 1991 E-z-go Workhorse. It Is A Four Cycle Robbins Gas Engine (9 H.p.) It Runs Great, But When I Stop It Stops. It Rests For About Five Minutes And Its Ready To Go Again. I Have Put A New Fuel Pump On, It Didn't Help.
