EZGO Runs Than Dies!!!!!
I got a 89 Ezgo and it runs for about 50yds than dies in a big cloud of smoke!!! I choke it and it'll move a bit forward or a bit in reverse. Lots of smoke! Any Ideas? Would love to get it running good to sell or for yard work!

Had similar issues with mine....put a new fuel filter on before the fuel pump and cleaned the carb .then she ran really nice ..i found out my float was sticking. Hope this. Brad

I had a bad coil cause issues like this and I've seen the gov. out of adjustment also cause it.
