V-GLIDE 36-VOLT or POWERDRIVE SYSTEM 48 or POWERDRIVE PLUS

Good morning all

I have few questions regarding building club car

First, my car club model is 2000 DS Electric golf club car

Im rebuilding this car from really broken parts
The parts im left with , is the motor and on board computer , V-glide wiper , front and rear suspensions , brake and accelator paddels.

While im reading the parts manual
I noticed there is :
* WIRING diagram for V-GLIDE 36-VOLT VEHICLE
* WIRING for POWERDRIVE SYSTEM 48 VEHICLE
* WIRING for POWERDRIVE PLUS VEHICLE


Do they all goes in one car ? or we should choose which wiring diagram to install ?

What i only know based on my research is that our club car work on 48volts batteries and motor.

if we have V-GLIDE 36-VOLT
does that mean we should have 36 volt batteries or 48 volt ?

Any expert can help ?

My guess is that if you have an on board computer (OBC) you have a controller cart, which would be a 48v unit . . . wait for other more knowledgeable to chime in . . . 36v unit would be a resistor cart with no computer . .

Steve is correct, you also need to identify your drive system. Use the chart below. Only then can you find the correct diagram for your cart

So my cart is series and i figured out it works on powerdrive system 48

My other question is:
It is written on the OBC a current of 225 A.

Does that mean i should have this current value and higher to make the cart move?

No, not really. The cart is a 48v system. It needs 45v under load to move... less than that may just shudder.

It is the stock controller, it is a 225 amp system, with probably the stock motor . . .

That means the motor should produce 225amp in order to move?

The problem is : i want to know if (4) 12v batteries will make the cart move or not?
