Default Top overhaul fuel mixture

On a fresh cylinder and piston do I need to run more oil in the gas? . If so how much oil and how many gallons to run through it.

Yes. For the first tank full the mix is 40:1 (3 1/4 oz oil to 1 gal gas) then after that its 128:1 (1 oz oil to 1 gal gas) Make sure its mixed in a gas can as it will not mix properly in tank.

Thanks.
I will pump all the 128:1 out so tank will be empty. How much do I need to mix up to fill the tank.

You can just add oil to the 128 to 1. You do not have to drain it.

JMO I wouldn't recommend that. I would drain it and mix the 40:1 and after that you can use the fuel you drained again. If you add oil to the tank it won't mix right and probably lean out and it will be a do over.

Not only would it not mix right in the tank as mentioned, I didn't know how much 128:1 was in the tank, so how could I know how much oil to add.
