Default 2000 DS has no power

My 2000 DS lost all forward and reverse power with the ignition key in the on position. The reverse buzzer works with or without the key. All fuses check out good and battery pack is fully charged.

What are the steps to diagnose and eliminate potential problems?

the check all motor cables at the motor and f/r switch.

All cables are snug at motor and F/R switch. Yes I can hear the solenoid clicking in forward and reverse.

Correction... Solenoid is NOT clicking. The clicking noise was from underneath the footwell towards the front of the vehicle.

Take a jumper wire from the solenoid small post (with the yellow wire attached) to the controller B-. I am assuming you have a series car. If the solenoid now clicks when the pedal is pressed the OBC is faulty. If the solenoid still does not click take a multimeter and check the voltage between the other (+) small post of the solenoid and the controller B-. Should be battery voltage with pedal pressed.
