Melex Electric problem
Hello, I am new to the forum and have a problem with my Melex electric cart. I was riding it around the yard for about 20 minutes and then had an explosion from one of the batteries that melted the battery lead off and melted into the battery casing. Anyone know why this happened and how to keep it from happening again??

Re: Melex Electric problem
Usually the cause is a loose connection arching and resulting in heat enough to melt the lead post.... check to see that all of your cables are in good shape free of corrosion and connections are clean and tight....
