Water in the tires is and old farm and construction trick,try 1/2 full and see if it works, 1/2 full should allow enough slosh so the breaking may not be affected.
Or make sure that donut scarfing desk Sargent sits in front all the time. Sorry, Scottiedog made me do it. |

I took what I learned from this great site and informed the mechanic that wired the police lights about NOT grounding to the chasse and to pick another battery beside the one that drives the headlights ect, he did a good job hiding all the wires, the rear strobes are bright, I think I'm going to order me one clear strobe for mine one of these days. V

How about taking a battery out of the chain? Easy enough to test it.
