Default Battery question????

Here we go!!!!!
Found a 1997 yamaha G19 at yard sale 2wk. ago for $275!!!And of course I could not pass it up.People said it had been setting and needed Batts.(of course) got Bat.charger to kick on,seemed to charge Batts.??? Tested volts and ONE was low 6.5 to 6.9 rest were 8.0 or better, will the ONE low Batt. keep cart from running????Yea its a 48v cart and a sure DIAMOND IN THA ROUGH,really not that bad does have lift and bigger tires thought that by itself would be worth the 275bucks!!!
