07 cart motor is chattering like it wants to move. Does this in forward and reverse.

Almost always a "lack of power" issue. Check battery pack voltage. Check ALL the battery, solenoid, controller & motor connections to be clean & tight.

Voltage can look good but, check the voltage when the cart is chattering.
This is under load. |
