Default Re: 7 wire turn signal / flasher question

You may need a #0748 0748L or an 0962
On either of those your power(Red)will be the X terminal an the L will be the black wire(flasher) and if I'm not mistaken, The Blue powers some indicator light on the signal or dash and may not even do anything for your setup. Good Luck.......

BTW.....You may want to run a cheap inline fuse on that power wire.

Maybe you have the wrong turn signal switch , although they all look the same there are at least three different wiring varitions , I know this because I had a hard time with my Club Car getting the turn siganls right , and it did blew out the bulb inside the switch for the indicator you talked about , my problem was with the ground , I probally don't have the right switch for what I need but made it work by using plastic spiraled hydraulic hose wrap around the steering column before attaching the switch to the column which prevented it from grounding to the column , some of the switches ground when clamped to the steering column and some don't

If you have connections correct, you have a grounding problem, poor grounds let lights feed back thru yor running light circuit and things act real crazy. Check all grounds and turn signal switch, i usally bring all grounds to a single point, then connect that to where the battery - lands. good luck.
