Default still haven't got g22e going

I've been through every test, Batteries ok, buzzer works, put on new solenoid, all pins have their voltage except #7 pin don't read 0.5 to 3.5 while accelerator is being pushed. unhooked motor and jumped it and it run fine. Every thing is stock.

Pin #7 would be the signal from the throttle position potentiometer into the controller. What voltage do you get on pin#9

Pin 9 is the excitation voltage going out from the controller to the throttle position pot. It should be about 4 volts. If it is not there, the controller is not getting power or it is defective. You should have 48 volts going into the controller on pins 1 & 2. Is the controller a General Electric or a Moric?

You may need a new controller.

I put a pin thur the blue #9 wire and 4 volts quickly pops up and quickly counts down to zero. I have back up beeper. I jump across soleniod and it sparks the first time but not the second or third util i reset tow switch. Are you pretty sure its the controller?

I can't be certain but that 4 volts must maintain for the throttle to operate. What causes it to count down and how do you restore it? The sparking when you jump the solenoid is caused by the charging of the capacitors inside the controller the first time you do it. It will not spark again until the capacitors discharge.

Pin #9 is getting 4 volts I wasn't getting good contact at first. I have checked every pin all reads as should, motor runs when I wire it and jump it with charger, back up beeper works, solenoid kicks in at tow off then on, also when turn key on, batteries are good one at a time and whole pack, every component checks good, all connections are good, all wires are good as far as I can tell. The only thing I haven't checked is where the problem is and I don't know where or what that can possably Got any more ideas, THANKS.
