Default 81 g1

Hello, im changeing the front knuckle on my cart and the bushing, i tried to get the nut off the wheel hub and it rounded the nut head, so im buying a new knuckle, and the bushing on the tie rod is real rusted, and the other end knuckle is like real lose feeling should it be like this? Or should i replace it? And im looking for a 81 g1 diagram? I cant find any, im getting stumped on this, and im disabled , can someone give me some hints? Thanks

Not sure what your talking about when you say knuckle. When it comes too front end parts, if they are loose I'd look at replacing them all.

With these carts being so old there is a lot can be updated and made to work better.

I actually have Hiem joints and related parts that I'm going to use to make my own complete new tie rods. I know that my tie rods have some play in them and I hope that doing this will help with my bump steer.

So I'd say if you have any doubt and no one close to take a look, replace the loose parts.
