Pachanga the G16 is almost the same as my 14 . when you take the starter /gen off and the primary clutch to remove the motor do you have to have a lift to pull the motor or is it light enough to just lift out of the area below the seat ? How much does one of these motors weigh ? Doesn't look much more than a lawm mower motor when all the stuff is taken off it . Just asking cause I may pull mine and do a rebuild later.

It's not that heavy, but ya gotta think about your back. At least, I do. I've got a cheap 2 ton chain fall that is more than adequate...

I can do it myself, but i always have a buddy help. You need to manuver it , and not mess up the body/paint, without throwing out the back. I also bolt a short battery cable (short green g22e cable) across the holes for the starter bracket to use as a handle.
