Wow that is some pretty hardware!
You should be able to run the cart ok with the stock nut all the way in, but if you run down roads/etc where you have it on the floor all the time at high speeds it will make the cables and such wear a lot faster, as they tend to last a very long time under golf type use. You can feel the added pressure in the pedal but still easy to overcome most don't notice that much. If you only take a short blast at high speed once in a while it likely will not matter at all. |

Thanks sho305. I took the nut in close to all the way. I also slackened the throttle cable at the pedal. Getting about 20 MPH with GPS. Pretty happy with where its at now keeping it stock.
