72V Freedom
Whose got one and how do you like it? I can't seem to find much info on them but they seem awesome with great range, power, and speed. Anybody care to throw in their $.02?

Re: 72V Freedom
The lack of responses has me slightly worried, stopped by my local dealer today and they haven't even sold one. I'll take any insight anybody has on them at this point?

2) Lack of response doesn't indicate bad things 3) Continue your research A) drive several different makes & models 1) try gas ones 2) try electric B) try different dealerships 4) Enjoy the process, don't rush it I liked the 72v vehicle, but we really wanted that LSV to drive down the road. At first she was determined she wanted gas. I was ok with that, but after several gas cart test drives she said electric. She felt gas was a rough ride, noisy, and bothered her asthma. Those were club car onwards and ezgo rxvs/2fives. You'll know what's right for you. |

Re: 72V Freedom
Bob Boyce, the grand-master of AC controller programming said, "They ROCK!", so there isn't much more to be said.
There have been several threads about this cart, so do a google search on "EZGO 72V Freedom" and you'll see multiple threads on BGW as well as other places. I suspect the lack of replies is due to the 72v Freedom being a relatively new system and mostly still in the hands of the original buyers while many, maybe most, of us buy pre-owned carts and tweak them into doing what we want them to do. |

Re: 72V Freedom
Thanks for the responses, I'll probably end up getting one as they are basically the same price as a 48V model and my main concern is range. A used 2016-2017 48V cart is 6k so i'm ok with spending $3k more to get the extra range and power of the 72v.
I don't like gas carts, I have a SXS if i need to go that fast or go off road. |
