Default My first cart rebuild

Hi, just found Buggies Gone Wild and became a member. I came to a stopping point on my first cart a few weeks ago I don’t think that you ever get finished with a cart, just satisfied with the cart at that time. Anyway here are a few pictures of my cart, it is a Jacobsen GXJ-810 (aka) EZ-GO tuff 1. It has parts from Clubcar Cushman EZ-GO and Jacobsen.

How much does the intake help performance? What about the muffler? How loud is it?

Looks great! You've done good work on it.
