Default Re: Charger Not Coming ON

Changed the relay in the charger about a month ago and all has been fine. Yesterday, charger will not come on. If it's the relay again, is there an "updated, heavy duty version" to replace it with? I went OEM last time. It's a POTTER & BRUMFIELD, 30A, T9AP1D52-36-01, 36V in there now.

Thanks...

Default Charger Not Coming ON - See Page 2

I think the problem may be something else other than the charger. They tried another known working charger and it doesn't come on either. It worked fine until they washed the cart. 36V + water = not good

Possibly the fuse blown? The backup buzzer still works and the cart runs fine.

That's the big glass 30 Amp fuse, right? Is that a local parts store fuse or a special order?

Thought so. Thanks for the help. I'll put a meter acrossed it Friday to confirm it's blown. I feel pretty sure that it is.
