Re: don't have a freakin' clue
Start looking for a blown fuse or broken ground wire.

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
there is a small 18 gauge wire that connects to the ground lug on the end plate of the starter, and leads into the main wire harness. That wire tends to corrode and loose connection

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
I had a similar problem with mine recently and discovered it was the wire at the peddle switch under the floor board. Let us know what you find.

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
Ground wire, battery clamps, foot switch issue I would say check those. Note that these carts have ground wiring, frame is not ground.

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
My Wifes' G16 did the same thing. The ground wire from the electrical-panel to the engine was bad,it had an internal-break in the wire, couldn't see anything wrong.Ran a new wire, problem solved.

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
Id have to say the stop switch under the floor board for the gas pedal. unhook the two wires and shunt them together with the key on it should start running. just my guess

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
finally got time to check a couple things...checked the footswitch with a tester its good and if i cross the solinoid the motor cranks. does that mean something in the wiring between the pedal and solinoid?

Re: don't have a freakin' clue
What does the cart do, because cranking but not running is different than the whole cart being 'dead' and not doing anything. If it is dead I would double check your battery terminals they can look clean and still not connect I had to file mine before. Check other connections in particular the ground cables and wires, every ground is wired unlike a car. Also check the fuses in the wires/fuse holders.
