I just purchased a2002 g 16 and I was wondering what modifications I can do to the airbox and filter to let the engine breathe a little more air. Thank you Daryl

Re: G 16 airbox Modifications
I wouldn't do anything unless you change the jet's and put a free flowing filter in it. Check out Plowman's site. Thats where I got mine at.

Re: G 16 airbox Modifications
Stick with it. There's power and speed to be had if you can work with the cart a bit. My parts shipped out to Plowman's today...I'll keep everyone posted as to the performance incresae when everything is reinstalled.

Re: G 16 airbox Modifications
Guy's my engine is stock with Plowmans jet kit, air filter, I modified my air box to their specs. I drilled the Gov. bracket per sticky on this forum and have 23 in tires with stock gears. Also my carts weight is a little over 1200 lbs and I run about 32/34 mph at 4000/4100 rpm on level ground with a windshield.
