Default DPI Accusense Battery Charger

I'm working on my brother-in-law's 2001 Club Car DS. A couple of weeks ago I installed new Vision AGM batteries. I've charged the battery pack 3 times using his original PowerDrive 2 charger but wasn't able to get the pack to charge over 75% SOC. Yesterday I received a new DPI Accusense charger so I did the OBC bypass procedure (cut the 10awg black wire from the charge receptacle and hooked it up to the battery pack negative terminal -- disconnected the 18awg yellow wire from the solenoid and supplied a new wire from that quick-connect terminal to B- on the controller). This morning at 7am I connected the Accusense charger to the car and everything seemed to be working correctly. Stage 2 supplied voltage started at 52.2VDC and ended at 56.6VDC. Stage 3 kept the voltage at 56.6VDC and the charge current started to decrease from the 17amps used in Stage 2. However, the charge current stopped decreasing at 10amps and has remained there for approximately 6 hours now. That brings the total charge time so far to 10 hours at this point. I'm posting this to see if anyone else has experienced a similar situation where it appears that the charger is stuck in Stage 3.

Sounds like the batteries are being charged after being low for a while. Keep an eye on it. They should charge on up.

I see you have AGM batteries. Did you set your charger to mode 4?

If Your battery pack is out of balance the charger will act like this. Measure your individual battery voltages and see if they are within a few tenth of a volt of each other.
