Reminds me of a picture I got - sender wanted to know if they needed a DC reducer - I count 18 -20 auxiliary power wires here

I've seen much worse corrosion than that. A lot of that mess is a sprayed on corrosion inhibitor. Still is a mess though.

Don't bother trying to work with that mess. Cut the cables and wires and remove the batts. Once the tray is cleaned and acidic damage repaired & neutralized, install new batteries cables and wire terminals.

I just love it when my cart dont drive you flip the seat up and you get the corrosion batteries boiled out or over filled acid every where best to get the pressure washer out and neutralize the mess

One
Owner Didn't want a 36/12 reducer.
New batts & batt jumpers, new lugs on small wires
Everything worked,
The Lady said "Swamp cooler hadn't worked before"
& wondered what the Battery indicator was. LOL

Why would the owner NOT want a reducer? Besides the equalization thing, it allows for no more small wires/lugs on the batt posts to corrode/fall off. Win-win!
