Guys:

The problem was the male connector of the cart wiring harness. Buying this adapter would probably bought a little bit of the fix but I took the time to make the pinout cross reference and hardwire the adapter to the cart thus removing the failed connector. It was without a doubt the problem. The hardwireing wasn't too bad, only 4 of the 13 were not exact color to color matches.
