It may have something to do with the OBC, but I will tell you for fact those are controller to controller connections, OBCs do not have that type of connection. The hardness from the old T-style black Regen 1 controller would plug into the part where it mounts, the other end with the red weather seal is the plug for a Regen 2 controller.

I agree fully cheepjeep!! Thats why I asked him earlier if it was part of the controller. Looked like a controller plug to me. Good job on your research. You did alot better than me.

I figured it was one of you guys. I find it hard to believe that two people had this exact same question on the same day about this harness.....

Guys:

The problem was the male connector of the cart wiring harness. Buying this adapter would probably bought a little bit of the fix but I took the time to make the pinout cross reference and hardwire the adapter to the cart thus removing the failed connector. It was without a doubt the problem. The hardwireing wasn't too bad, only 4 of the 13 were not exact color to color matches.
