Re: Club Cart Alltrax - Help
Oh and now that you have it running the right way, you don't have to disconnect the motor wire at the M-, just press the throttle till the solenoid clicks to power up and you can make your adjustments.

Re: Club Cart Alltrax - Help
Good deal. You can also adjust the throttle up and down rate. This adjusts how fast the throttle is actually applied. So if its set on 2 for example it will still go the same speed as if the throttle up rate is on 5. But it will be slower to accelerate. Example, my 500 amp is currently set on 2 for both up and down rate since my daughter is driving it doesn't throw you back in the seat. When she's not driving it I have both set to 5 for that instant punch.....
It's kinda like an electric clutch, the lower it is, it's like you are slipping the clutch, the higher it is it's like dropping the clutch. |

Re: Club Cart Alltrax - Help
Nice, tip, will check tomorrow how mine is set. But I am looking for the 5, like the punch. And my son is too young yet to drive it, but he has fun when sitting next to me in the cart. The most reason I got the cart, was because of him, but now I am getting hooked, lol. BTW, what rims are those in your profile pic? I have that same cart, but candy apple. BTW, what size are the cables needed to have the controller work how its supposed to work?
Well, again, thank you very much for all your help. |

You can see the rims in the link above. 4 gauge welding cable is minimum for 400 amp and up. I run 2 gauge with my 500. |

Wow CheapJeep, thats a very nice cart, you really have taken the time and passion to put it the way it looks. Love the cargo back for the family, I have a 4 pass cart, but my rear doesnt like that nice, your looks spacious, and leg room, is that the oem? Well, thank you for all your help.
