07 Club car advise needed

I am looking at a 07 CC. See link below. I need to have a back seat so that would need to be added along with lights. I would possibly lift it later and add new tire and wheels as I go. What is needed for beefing up the suspension if anything with the addition of a rear seat on this stock car. Also does this look like a fair deal.

Based on prices around Grand Rapids, Mi (Michigan is a golfer's heaven), $1900 for an 07 is an excellent price, even if it needed new batteries (02's go for that much from dealer lease returns). Back seat is about $330/shipped if you shop around, lights about $85, and new springs for rear, if needed, under $100 . . .

BTW, is that cart white or cream, can't really tell from the pics.
