Default Re: New Wheels/Tires-Now I have a Steering Problem

Hi-I am still a little confused on how to adjust the toe in. I did notice that one of the bolts on the passengers side is loose but I can't get a wrench to secure the bolt on the bottom to tighten it. I thought a 3/4" wrench will hold it while I tighten the top but nothing will fit in the space and I don't want to dismantle the front end to get to the bolt. The problem is that my cart is lifted with A frame lift and can't find a drawing of it to post. Attached are some pictures of the nut and bolt that is loose. Should this bolt be tight? My finger is point to the bolt I can't get access to with a wrench, pliers, needle nose or anything.

Thanks again for your help!

Yea that bolt needs to be tight. Take the lift back apart enough to tighten it

I didn't install the lift. Is there an easy way to "take it back apart". When I lift it up on jack I have about 1/4" to 1/2" of play on that side. Will this solve my steering problem?

Thanks!

If you can get that bolt tight the play should go away.. Sometimes you can modify a wrench to get into tight places..
